Hell-o, My name is Frank Lemmo, I am the President of L i Metal Systems, Southern California’s first seamless aluminum rain gutter contractor. I was asked to write a blog by our web master. I do not know much about blogs, but decided to give it a try.

After graduating from college I worked for a large national company in downtown Los Angeles. It was not very fulfilling. I wanted to connect with my clients and completely fill their needs. So I went looking.

A friend told me about a contractor that was expanding and needed branch managers. I was lucky enough to be hired.

My decision was easy. I was able to control all aspects of the branch operation, staffing, sales, installations and most important customer satisfaction!

Well, 43 years later I am still at it. Only now I am the company President. My priorities have not changed. The staff we have is experienced, motivated and dedicated to
